CSI: Casefile #6 has been revealed, and its fabulous!!
Here is my layout:
And some detailed photos:
For my testimony, I went with: tell 3 things about your subject; use a transparency/vellum "container" to hold your journaling; illuminate your subject: shine the light on something the viewer wouldn't know by just looking at your picture.
-I told 3 things about my subject (my journaling reads):
- Daniel at age7...
- He is at his 2nd grade circus program...
- His part was a handsome little monkey boy! 4-2010
-I put my journaling card in a vellum envelope that I made, and
-I told that he was a monkey in the program(wearing a monkey mask on his head, lol)
For my evidence, I went with
- vellum(transparent)
- wood accent(background pp)
- combined 2 different pp with the same color (the top half of the background and the top left hexagon)
- metal charm star and mini paper clips
I am sooo excited to say that I used a sketch from the brand new Creative Scrappers: Creating with Sketches ebook by Kristine Davidson!!! I cannot show you the sketch, obviously, but if you are interested in a copy for yourself, head HERE or for a chance to win one on my blog, go HERE!!
Thank you all for stopping by and for your super sweet comments!! Hope you all go over to CSI and check out the full reveal with all the DT's amazing layouts!! Give the case a go, it is so much fun!!! :D
(For this layout, I used: Colorbok: cardstock(white), The Paper Studio: cardstock(blk), pp(woodfence), chipboard alphas, Crate Paper: Paper Hearts pp and Toy Box pp, phrases, alpha sheet, journaling tag, Echo Park: For The Record pp, MME: Hattie Happy bits and pieces metal star, Follow Your Heart Be Amazing twine, s.e.i.: windsor big brad, TH: mini paper clips, Lily Bee Design: ABC stickers, Maya Road: Tiny Banner Chipboard bits, vellum, pearls, buttons)
