AAM Flashback Challenge #32 {My Five}


Hello all!!

One of my good online scrappy friends, Tracee, has recently been chosen to be on the new DT for the All About Me Challenge blog site. It is an amazing site trying to get back up and started again, and they are having a flashback challenge this month to get ready for the new launch.

The Flashback Challenge is to make a layout that showcase's your top 5, whatever they may be. I chose to go with my top 5 winter must-haves!

I think those snowflakes turned out amazing, and will probably be putting them on every winter layout I do!! :D

Frosted Designs: Card Sketch #6 {its MY sketch!!!} :D

Hi and Hello!!! :D

Hope everyone is doing well! Today is Frosted Designs Card Sketch #6, which happens to be my sketch!! :D

I used the new Echo Park Winter Park Collection for this card! Isn't the paper just amazing!?!?  For the sentiment, I used a very, very, very old Stampin Up stamp, and also stamped the background. It all came together really well, and I love the end result!

Best Buds (MME Blog Challenge 29)

I have a layout today that I did for the My Mind's Eye Blog Challenge 29. I loved the sketch and decided to go for it!!

For this challenge, you were to use 80% MME, and "brown" on your layout. I think I achieved that, and I love my end result!!

Attack of the little brother {Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday Challenge: Die Cuts}


Hi everyone!!

I have my layout for todays Fabulous Friday Challenge at Frosted Designs! This weeks challenge is to use Die Cuts on your layout, card or altered item! I know everyone has some die cuts laying around!! Put yourself a project together and get it entered....(your gonna definitely wanna check it out and see who our awesome sponsor is this week!!!)  ;D

Okay, on to my layout, or well, a 2-pager!! For these photos, a 2 pager was a must!

For this layout, I made my own sketches:

My boys have always wrestled around, and had fun. So, this was just another day of being silly! 

On this layout, the journaling spots are die cuts, as well as, the banner, tags, and the tickets.

Here are some detailed shots:
The journaling reads: Jacob has always loved to wrestle, even when he was a baby. On this particular day, he was attacking Daniel with kisses! The evidence is left on Daniel's cheek!
 
 

For this layout, I used a lot of the new Dawson line from Three Bugs in a Rug. Loved this line,  and plan to use up every bit of it!!

Hello, Hello!!

I decided to tackle the DCWV November Stack-a-holic Template Challenge. For their challenges, you are to use one of their paper stacks, and make a layout out of it using a provided sketch.

I decided to use the Lemon Flower Stack for my layout.

The journaling reads: This is the day after your second tooth broke through. I love your little toothy smile! 1st tooth: 1-29-09   2nd tooth: 3-24-09

Wowzers!

Super-duper-uper excited this morning when I saw that my layout: my life, my love, my family was featured as an I Spy Echo Park Paper project on Echo Parks blog itself!! A-mazing!! I am so honored that they chose it!!! Thank you, thank you Echo Park!!!  :D

I also saw this morning that the above layout's counterpart, my boys, was chosen as a fave at Sketchy Thursdays! Yay!!

I have a layout today that I did using Sketchy Thursdays current sketch, 11.3.  This is actually a page 2 to a previous layout I did...my life, my love, my family. I had quite a few photos from that particular weekend that I didn't have room to add to the first layout, so I decided to make it a double layout! :D

My Life, My Love, My Family

Hi everyone!! :D

I have today's Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday challenge layout for you!! Today's challenge is: FAMILY. Create a layout, card or project about family. Loved this challenge simply because I love scrapping about my hubby and 2 boys! You definitely should head over and check it out!! Great challenge and great prize!! :)
