Today we are sharing the Bella Blvd Freestyle Sophisticates collection!
Some amazing inspiration on the Bella blog HERE.
For my Freestyle Sophisticates layout, I decided to scrap some of my favorite photos of the boys from our photo session in 2011.
The Freestyle Sophisticates collection is full of amazing colors and
such a fun design! I cut the paper into strips and stitched them onto my
layout like arrows. Lots of arrows, lots of stitching! This is
definitely a different style than what I normally do, but I love the
look of it! I framed the photos with the title and some other
embellishments, including the new Crochet Hearts and Designer Tapes.
I Love These Sweet Smiles
I knew as soon as I saw this sophisticates collection that I was going to cut the arrows into strips. I didn't, however, know that it would take me this long to make/stitch!! I could have left it as-is, but I really feel that the stitching adds great interest! (Well, to me at least!)
Don't forget to head over to the Bella Blvd blog for some more fabulous inspiration from the DT!!
