Hello all!!
One of my good online scrappy friends, Tracee, has recently been chosen to be on the new DT for the All About Me Challenge blog site. It is an amazing site trying to get back up and started again, and they are having a flashback challenge this month to get ready for the new launch.
The Flashback Challenge is to make a layout that showcase's your top 5, whatever they may be. I chose to go with my top 5 winter must-haves!
Here is my layout:
I used a sketch by my fellow DT member at Frosted Designs, Ashley Horton, sketch #5:
As you can see, I flipped the sketch. She has some amazing sketches, you should def go check her blog out!! :)
Here are some detailed photos:
I think those snowflakes turned out amazing, and will probably be putting them on every winter layout I do!! :D
If you haven't gone and checked out AAM, you should! I can't wait for it to start back up so I can play along!! :)
For this layout, I used:
- Colorbok cardstock (white)
- The Paper Studio cardstock (black)
- Bazzill bling cardstock (tan/gold)
- DCWV glitter cardstock (snowflakes)
- CratePaper, Portrait Collection, pp and border
- Spareparts by TPS, designer brads
- PEARLS by TPS
- American Crafts thickers, Sprinkles (vinyl) and Sunrise (chipboard)
- Bubble-A-Bilities(TPS), lt. blue punctuation
- Jenni Bowlin studio, black label sticker
- Colorbok Woodhaven, foil sticker, Ransom
- TPS glittered alphabet stickers, white snowflakes on title
- Momenta, family stickers, my favorite things sticker
- Sizzix Sizzlits, Snowflake set
- twine
I agree the snowflakes are amazing and so is your layout! Love the mixed up title and the penannts down the side. Great job and thankyou for playing along at AAM. Tx
